Introduction to Lacanche Chassagne/Chambertin

The Chassagne/Chambertin offers chefs a broader cooktop with a variety of options, while still having room for additional burner accessories or expanding your workspace.‍

Up to 6 Burners

• The Chassagne/Chambertin Kitchen Range features up to six high-performance burners in comparison to the standard configuration, offering unparalleled precision and control.

Hob Configuration

• Choose from five hob configurations with the Chassagne/Chambertin.
• Extend the table with one option module including traditional hot plates, planchas, chargrills, multi-cookers and many other exciting additional hob elements. The table extends to the left with the Chassagne and to the right with the Chambertin.
• Please note that the hob configuration dictates the functionality of the vertical spaces. I.e. a simmer/warming oven cannot be underneath a deep fryer or multi-cooker.

Dual Oven Configuration

• Gas or Electric Oven: The Chassagne Kitchen Range offers outstanding power and performance. You can have a combination of gas and electric ovens in your cooker. 
• Vertical Oven: The vertical oven is on the left with the Chassagne and on the right with the Chambertin.
• Doors: Ovens have drop down doors, and interiors are coated with an antacid smooth contour finish for easy cleaning.

Easy Cleaning

• Every Lacanche oven cavity is coated with enamel for easy cleaning.

Design and Aesthetics

• Classic or Modern: Choose from a wide range of enamel colours for a classic finish, or stainless steel for a more modern finish.‍
• Finishes: Each Lacanche model has a standard finish of black with brass accents. Other colours and finishes are available at a premium. Price on application.
