Introduction to Lacanche Citeaux

Another elegant and best-selling over a metre Lacanche range cooker. The Citeaux boasts two main ovens and a simmer oven.

Up to Seven Burners

• The Citeaux Kitchen Range features up to seven high-performance burners in comparison to the standard configuration, offering unparalleled precision and control.

Hob Configuration

• Choose from four hob configurations with the Citeaux.
• On top of the standard configuration select and combine gas and induction hobs with traditional hot plates, planchas, chargrills, multi-cookers and many other exciting additional hob elements.
• Please note that the hob configuration dictates the functionality of the vertical spaces. I.e. a simmer/warming oven cannot be underneath a deep fryer or multi-cooker.

Dual Oven Configuration

• Electric Oven: The Citeaux Kitchen Range comes with one 69L fully functioning oven - electric only
• Doors: Ovens have drop down doors, and interiors are coated with an antacid smooth contour finish for easy cleaning.

Easy Cleaning

• Every Lacanche oven cavity is coated with enamel for easy cleaning.

Design and Aesthetics

• Classic or Modern: Choose from a wide range of enamel colours for a classic finish, or stainless steel for a more modern finish.‍
• Finishes: Each Lacanche model has a standard finish of black with brass accents. Other colours and finishes are available at a premium. Price on application.
