The Vougeot/Volnay is a unique one-metre wide range cooker, offering a choice of three hob tops (two gas and one induction) with a large 73-litre main oven and an 84-litre simmer oven.

Hob Configuration

• Choose from four hob configurations with the Vougeot/Volnay.

Dual Oven Configuration

• Gas or Electric Oven: The Vougeot/Volnay Kitchen Range offers outstanding power and performance. You can have a combination of gas and electric ovens in your cooker. 
• Vertical Oven: The vertical oven can only be a simmer oven (up to 150°C). The Vougeot has the vertical oven on the right and the Volnay has the vertical oven on the left.
• Doors: Ovens have drop down doors, and interiors are coated with an antacid smooth contour finish for easy cleaning.

Easy Cleaning

• Every Lacanche oven cavity is coated with enamel for easy cleaning.

Design and Aesthetics

• Classic or Modern: Choose from a wide range of enamel colours for a classic finish, or stainless steel for a more modern finish.
• Finishes: Each Lacanche model has a standard finish of black with brass accents. Other colours and finishes are available at a premium. Price on application.
